Ian Hassall
Associate Director
Ian draws on a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors as a property professional with a focus on Place Making in partnership with stakeholders. He was Chief Executive of Liverpool Land Development Company and a Strategic Director in County and District authorities with responsibility for planning, housing, property, economic development and regeneration. Ian has a keen understanding of what attracts investors and extensive experience of marketing cities and regions on an international stage.
He has worked closely with various LEP’s, Homes England, Highways England and private businesses to shape the future direction of Places and applied innovative and creative ways to engage with and promote opportunities for local communities. Ian is skilled at connecting economic strategy objectives with associated physical development opportunities and devising effective implementation plans to support economic growth.
