We are looking for an experienced, bright, dedicated and enthusiastic Office and Project Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.
Based in the Longridge area (PR3) you’ll be responsible for supporting the team of Directors in different parts of the UK with a range of administration and project support tasks.
You must be confident, an excellent communicator with a great sense of humour and have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in an office environment. You absolutely must be proficient in producing both Word and PowerPoint documents to a demonstrably high standard and ideally have basic book keeping experience.
The role is between 12 and 18 hours per week and the timings can be flexible (Monday to Friday) to suit you – so please don’t be put off if you need to collect the kids by 3.30pm!
There will be times when you will be working on your own so you must be a self-motivated individual who is able to work on multiple projects at one time!
